Intro

The first movie I ever saw was Out of Africa. I grew up on a farm and in the late 80’s my parents bought used VCR an small TV. On 18 inches screen I discovered the world. I thought Meryl Streep was the coolest, Robert Redford was the cutest. I fell in love with the untouched scenery and I have been a big movie fan ever since.

This site is a tribute to legendary Meryl Streep. The idea is to post on this web site information regarding her carrier and life. Streep has been extremely active she has appeared in films and theater and is known for being a good singer. Her carrier is quite unique and she has taken on broad selection of roles. To top it all she spends long time to master every role. For The River Wild (1994) she took a raft guide course and navigated most of the rapid herself. For The Music of the Hearts (1999) she learned to play the violin and practiced for hours every day. She is one of few actors to have won all four major screen acting awards (Oscars, Golden Globes, Screen Actors Guild, and BAFTA awards). She is by many considered the greatest actress alive.

It is a huge goal to attempt to cover her carrier. Over time I plan to post revive of her work. It is harder to find information regarding some of her earlier material, but let’s see how it will work out. You are welcome to leave a comment.
